Ex-Borders Employee’s Handwritten Confessions

Ex-Borders employees tell all

A cute goodbye letter I spotted over at BoingBoing.net. It contains a list of the things Borders employees could never tell you to your face back before “Borders” became a historical term. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough space on the poster to include the final industry gripe, which I’ve included here for posterity:

“You’re not using creative marketing when you slip copies of your self-published books onto store shelves in an attempt to pass them off as actual inventory…Mr. Gordon.”
